Training & Internship Terms & Conditions

(Web Design & Development, Mobile App Development – Online/Offline Program)


1. Program Overview

We provide online and offline training & internship programs in the following technologies:

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
  • PHP Full Stack Development
  • Android App Development
  • iOS App Development

Training is available in two formats:

  • Duration-based: 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year
  • Course-based: Per individual subject/module

Fees are charged based on the selected plan and technology.

2. Fees & Refund Policy

  • Course/training fees are non-refundable after two months from the date of enrollment.
  • If a student withdraws within the first two months, a pro-rated refund may be provided based on attended sessions.
  • No refunds are issued after the two-month period.

3. Certification

A certificate of completion will be issued only after the successful completion of the selected duration or course, including attendance and required assignments.

4. Placement Support

Upon completion, students are eligible for interview assistance and referrals to partner companies. Placement is not guaranteed and depends on student performance and company requirements.

5. Re-training Policy

Students who do not complete training within the assigned time or rejoin after a break must pay the applicable re-training fees as per the current structure.

6. Attendance & Participation

  • Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to qualify for certification and placement support.
  • Participation in projects, assignments, and sessions is compulsory.

7. Code of Conduct

Professional behavior is expected at all times (on-call, in-person, or online). Any misconduct, abusive language, or threatsimmediate termination without refund or certification.

8. Legal Action Clause

If a student violates terms and later misbehaves or threatens the institute (especially regarding payment issues), the institute reserves the right to take legal action and permanently blacklist the student from all future training or internship programs.

9. Program Adjustments

The institute reserves the right to update or change the curriculum, trainers, timing, or project assignments to improve training quality and standards.
